A note on guarantees
We do not promise revenue we cannot control. If the outcome depends on your team’s daily behaviour — a hotel upsell script, a front-desk recovery, a sales follow-up — we’ll tell you so up front, and we’ll frame the engagement as advisory and tooling, not as a revenue guarantee. If we can credibly move the number, we’ll quote a fixed scope or a shared outcome — your choice.
